PACKAGING & DELIVERY
After passing QC the items are lined up ready for packaging.
Again there are different methods of packaging, the most common used for statues are Styrofoam cut outs or injection moulding, the latter is considered the best method but is the most costly and involves a type of plastic foam being injected all around the figure which provides all round support, the cut out method is more labour intensive and is simply done by cutting out the negative shape of the statue with heated wires, most factories use both methods depending on customers requirements.
Once packaged the piece must pass a drop test, this involves dropping the packaged item from different heights and different angles
The goods are then shipped by containers by importers all over the world and are then distributed to shops or wholesalers.
